departing from Tróia
We once again go to the beach in the morning. Then at about 15:00h we pack our belongings and drive to Tróia. Ferries go from here to Setúbal every 30 to 45 minutes.

Arriving the landing-place, the ferry is just about leaving. So we have to wait a while, watching the bathers on the beach. Many come here from Setúbal by ferry to bathe. The ticket is 1,15 EUR per person. We pay 12,45 EUR altogether..
Ponte 25 de Abril
From Setúbal we take the motorway to Lisboa. In Almadá we bend off to get to the Christo statue. From up here we have a great view down the Tejo river and over to Lisboa. The area fenced around the statue is closed at 18:15h. It is 19:00h now, but it is a friendly guard who still lets us in for a few photos.
Cristo Rei
We arrive the city of Lisboa across the Ponte 25 de Abril. The toll for the bridge is 3,55 EUR for our motorhome. The toll only has to be paid in south-north direction. After the bridge we immediately look for a car park at the banks of the Teja, for we do not want to miss the FIFA Cup.

What an excellent panorama we have. The German team then is so disappointing, it is but one hesitating and quailing. We must admit that this time the worse team has won. So let's see what will come of the game Russia vs. Spain tomorrow.
